Mobile Help

First-Time Login

In order to log in to Mobile Banking, you must first sign up for and log in to Online Banking via our website. Once you have completed that step, you can easily log in to the Mobile app, using your Online Banking User ID and password.

Login

To login to the “MountainOne” mobile app, click one of the six icons on the mobile app home screen, and then enter your Online Banking User ID and Password.

Find the Menu

Looking for more options? Click the parallel lines on the top left side of the screen for a complete Mobile Banking menu. Note that you may need to scroll to see all available menu options.

Log Out

To log out of Mobile Banking, click log out at the bottom of the side-bar menu or click the profile icon on the upper ride side of the screen.

Pay a Person

To quickly and easily send anyone a payment, click Pay a Person, then Send Money. Next, choose the account to pay From, enter the name of the person you are paying, enter their contact cell phone number or email address, and the amount you want to pay. Submit and Confirm the payment information, then click Proceed. The person you’re paying will receive a text or email with instructions on accepting the payment.

My Cards

Use this tool to turn your Debit card on and off. This is an excellent security feature, as you can turn your card off when you’re not using it, or if you temporarily misplace it. In addition to turning your card off to restrict unauthorized use, you may also control where your card is used by merchant categories and by transaction types.

Alerts

Be sure to take advantage of available alerts. These help you keep an eye on your bank accounts even when you’re not using Mobile Banking. You can receive alerts about balances, debit and credit transactions by amount, account setting changes, etc.
