We’ve spent the last several months serving you from a distance. We’ve taken great care to protect your safety and your health, and the safety and health of our Mountaineers, too.

During that time you’ve probably connected with us through one of our many digital channels. Maybe you’ve visited us at our Drive-Up. Perhaps you’ve connected with one of our Mountaineers on the phone. As happy as we are that we were able to assist you while we all social distanced, we can hardly contain our excitement as we welcome you back – in person – to MountainOne!

Visiting MountainOne
When visiting MountainOne, we simply ask that you maintain a 6’ distance from others, and that you wear a mask at all times. You’ll notice plexiglass dividers have been installed for your safety at many of our service stations, and hand sanitizer will be available for you to use at the start and the end of your visit.

Let’s keep it fun! You’ll see floor markings to help guide you as you make your way through our lobbies, but they aren’t your ordinary floor markings!  You may recognize Mo, our friendly, sure-footed MountainOne Goat, leading you along and leaving hoof prints in his wake. Mo will also be featured on our lobby screens so don’t forget to take a peek!

Mo and our helpful Mountaineers are ready to assist you! We hope we can make you smile under your masks, and we hope you can tell we’re smiling, too!

If you aren’t ready to return to MountainOne quite yet, don’t fret. We are happy to continue serving you through our many digital platforms, our Drive-Ups, and over the phone. Drive-Up Banking Services
Drive-Up banking services are available at our North Adams, Quincy, Rockland, Scituate and Williamstown locations, Monday - Thursday 8am-3pm, Friday 8am-4pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm. Our Pittsfield customers are encouraged to utilize our on-site ATM, or to contact us at 855-444-6861.

Digital Banking Services

Online and Mobile Banking enables customers to check balances, view transaction history, make deposits, conduct internal transfers; make electronic payments to others using our free Person to Person payment tool; pay bills with Bill Pay; and, for approved customers, conduct wires and ACH transactions. Customers can also deposit checks through our Mobile Banking app.

ATM & Debit Cards
You can call us at 855.444.6861 to request an ATM or Debit card if you do not already have one for your savings or checking account, respectively. We can produce your card right in the branch! You can either pick it up, or we can mail your card to you within three business days.
