Available Banking Services

For the safety of our customers and employees, we will continue to serve you from our Drive-Ups, ATMs, Call Center, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Drive-Up service is available at our North Adams, Quincy, Rockland, Scituate and Williamstown locations. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-3pm, Friday 8am-4pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm. Our Pittsfield customers are encouraged to utilize our on-site ATM, or to contact us at 855-444-6861. Our branch lobbies will remain closed to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Online Banking enables customers to check balances, view transaction history, conduct internal transfers; make electronic payments to others using our "Pay-a-Person" feature; pay bills with Bill Pay; and, for approved customers, conduct wires and ACH transactions. Customers can also deposit checks through our Mobile Banking app.

For your convenience, all Pay-a-Person transaction fees made through Online Banking or your Mobile Banking app will be waived now through July 1, 2020! Learn More.

ATM & Debit Cards

You can call us at 855.444.6861 to request an ATM or Debit card if you do not already have one for your savings or checking account, respectively. We will produce and mail your card to you within three business days.

Deposit Insurance
