We have limited our in-branch service to “by appointment only.” You can visit us at the Drive-Up, schedule an in-person appointment, or call our Customer Care Center at 855.444.6861. Our branch lobbies and business offices are closed to the public to protect our customers and Mountaineers from the spread of COVID-19.

Visiting MountainOne
When attending an in-person appointment, we simply ask that you maintain a 6’ distance from others and that you wear a mask at all times. You’ll notice plexiglass dividers have been installed for your safety at many of our service stations, and hand sanitizer will be available for you to use at the start and the end of your visit.

Drive-Up Banking Services
Drive-Up banking services are available at our North Adams location Mondays-Wednesdays, 8am-4pm; Thursdays, 8am-5pm; Fridays 8am-4pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm.

Drive-Up bankings services are available at our Quincy, Rockland, Scituate and Williamstown locations Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm, Friday 8am-4pm;and Saturday 9am-12pm.

Our Pittsfield customers are encouraged to utilize our on-site ATM, or to contact us at 855-444-6861.

Digital Banking Services
As always, we encourage our customers to utilize our many digital banking capabilities. If you are not already set up with Online Banking or Mobile Banking, you can do so by clicking on the link below. If you require help, please call us at 855.444.6861 and we can assist you!


Online and Mobile Banking enables customers to check balances, view transaction history, make deposits, conduct internal transfers; make electronic payments to others using our free Person to Person payment tool; pay bills with Bill Pay; and, for approved customers, conduct wires and ACH transactions. Customers can also deposit checks through our Mobile Banking app.

ATM & Debit Cards
You can call us at 855.444.6861 to request an ATM or Debit card if you do not already have one for your savings or checking account, respectively. We can produce your card right in the branch! You can either pick it up in the Drive-Up, or we can mail your card to you within three business days.
