LIMITED SERVICE AT OUR BANKING BRANCHES, INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT OFFICES
We are taking every precaution to keep our customers and Mountaineers healthy and safe. It's just another way we're protecting the herd!
We have limited our in-branch service to “by appointment only.” You can visit us at the Drive-Up, schedule an in-person appointment, or call our Customer Care Center at 855.444.6861. Our branch lobbies and business offices are closed to the public to protect our customers and Mountaineers from the spread of COVID-19.
When attending an in-person appointment, we simply ask that you maintain a 6’ distance from others and that you wear a mask at all times. You’ll notice plexiglass dividers have been installed for your safety at many of our service stations, and hand sanitizer will be available for you to use at the start and the end of your visit.
If you have questions, we’re here to help. You can call our Mountaineers in our Customer Care Center at 855.444.6861 Mondays – Fridays between 8am – 6pm, and Saturdays between 9am – 12pm.
