You can access up to 18 months of statements any time, and you can also save statements to your own computer, or print them for your files.

Mobile Deposit

As easy as it is convenient.

Along with added convenience, our mobile deposit is also safe and secure and gives you added peace of mind. Mobile banking uses the same login as Online Banking and neither check images nor personal information is stored on your device.

Here’s how to get started:

    1. Use your computer to enroll in Online Banking.
    2. Download and open the MountainOne app on your smartphone, then click on ‘Deposit Check’ and follow the login prompts.
    3. On the back of your check, endorse it by writing, “Mobile Deposit MountainOne Bank” below your signature. Then just follow the prompts to complete the deposit.

Pay a Person

The quick, no hassle way to pay.

Paying someone for a service or the money they’ve lent you couldn’t be easier. Simply add the recipient as a contact in your Mobile Banking or Online Banking. Don’t worry, you don’t need to know any of their bank account information to make a payment. Just set up a payment from your MountainOne Bank checking account and the recipient will receive a text or email with instructions for accepting the payment.

Here’s how to use it

In Online Banking: Click Transfer, then Send & Receive Money. Click on Accounts/Contacts, then Add Contact. Complete the steps to add a contact. Once your recipient has been added, click on the magnifying glass next to the person’s name, and click Pay Contact. Add the amount you want to pay, and any message you would like to include with the payment. Click Authorize and the person you’re paying will receive a text or email with instructions for accepting the payment.

In Mobile Banking: Click Pay a Person, then Send Money. Next, choose the account to pay From, enter the name of the person you are paying, enter their contact cell phone number or email address, and the amount you want to pay. Submit and Confirm the payment information, then click Proceed. The person you are paying will receive a text or email with instructions on accepting the payment.

Card Controls via Mobile App

The easy way to protect your card against fraud.

Everyone has misplaced their debit card; it happens. Debit Card On/Off gives you extra peace of mind by allowing you to remotely deactivate and activate your debit card if you’ve misplaced it, or just for added security. In addition to turning your card off to restrict unauthorized use, you may also control where your card is used by merchant categories and by transaction types. These features are built right in to the MountainOne app and takes just minutes to set up.

Here’s how to use it:

  1. On the MountainOne mobile app screen, tap “My Cards”.
  2. Complete the secure login process.
  3. Tap the image of the card on the screen to disable your card.
  4. Repeat this process to turn your card back on.
  5. Select Merchant Controls or Transaction Controls to limit specific debit card activity.

Account and Debit Alerts

Be alert to your finances.

With our handy alerts, you’ll automatically get notifications that will help you stay on top of your finances. Choose from these types of account notifications:

  • Savings/checking alert – receive alerts about your account balance
  • Transaction alert – monitor deposits, withdrawals and/or specific dollar amount transactions
  • Check cleared alert – know when money is available
  • Event alert – get notified when your password is changed
  • Reminder alerts – never forget a birthday, anniversary or special day again

To set up alerts in Online Banking, simply log in and click on “Account Alerts” under “Accounts.” From there, select “Click here to add new alerts or reminders” and then choose the type of alert you’d like to set up from the dropdown menu.

If you’d prefer to set up alerts in Mobile Banking, log in and then click on “Accounts” to complete the mobile banking log in process. Next, click on the gear icon, select “Alerts” and choose a delivery option. The last step is to choose “Security Alerts” or “Account Alerts” and then select which type of alert you’d like to activate.

Bill Pay

Make paying bills more convenient.

Our Bill Pay allows you to:

  • Set up your payees (both companies and individuals)
  • Schedule payments (now, at a later date or on a recurring basis)
  • Receive bills electronically (credit cards, utilities, loans)
  • Set up reminder alerts (payments due, bills received, payments made)
  • Look up payment history
  • Select which MountainOne Bank accounts to make payments from

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click “Bill Pay” and accept the disclosure.
  3. Follow the prompts to start paying your bills online or via the “MountainOne” mobile app.

(You can set up payees both in Online Banking and the Mobile app.)

FAQs

First, sign up for and login to Online Banking on a computer. Then, download the free “MountainOne” app from the Apple “App Store” or the Android “Play Store.” Open the mobile app and login using your Online Banking credentials.

When you get to the enter a password screen and you have forgotten your password, click on “I’ve forgotten my Password, what do I do now?”.

  1. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
  2. Once you are logged in, click on “Options” and then “Customer Info”
  3. Update your contact information and click “Submit”
