Peter W. Radigan joins MountainOne as SVP, Residential & Consumer Lending Officer

MountainOne Bank announces the appointment of Peter W. Radigan as Senior Vice President, Residential & Consumer Lending Officer. In this position, Radigan will oversee the state-wide Mortgage Banking Division including loan origination and residential lending operations. He brings over 40 years of banking and mortgage lending experience to MountainOne.

Radigan was previously employed at MountainOne in a similar role from 2009 to 2017, from which he retired. He subsequently provided mortgage banking and consulting services through Spillane Consulting.

MountainOne Bank President & CEO Robert Fraser commented, “Pete has rejoined MountainOne at a critical time in mortgage banking as there is a tremendous need to focus on enhancing the digital experience for mortgage applicants.”

Other key areas of concentration for Radigan will be to enhance operating systems and processes, increase mortgage origination volume, and grow the team of lenders serving our communities.

Radigan is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He attended the University of Bridgeport and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. With over 40 years of experience in the banking industry, he has held leadership positions at a number of financial institutions and previously owned his own mortgage company. Radigan also served on the Regional Advisory Board for FannieMae and the Board of the MA Mortgage Bankers Association, where he was President.

He resides in the South Shore with his wife, Nancy. When he is not at work, he enjoys traveling, rooting for the Boston Bruins, and spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He is also a member of the Plymouth Country Club.
