Logging into the New Digital Banking Platform

Existing Users: These login instructions are for all existing individual, business, and business token Digital Banking users logging into our new Digital Banking platform for the first time on or after Tuesday, October 10.
New Users: If you are not an existing user, and would like to enroll in Digital Banking for the first time on or after Tuesday, October 10, go to www.mountainone.com, click on the blue LOGIN button. Under Digital Banking, select “Enroll.”

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Digital Banking may be unavailable on Sunday, December 7, between 12:00am–4:00am for routine system maintenance. Please submit any transactions before or after this timeframe. Thank you!

WINTER STORM ALERT: MountainOne offices & branches in Berkshire County & Pioneer Valley (North Adams, Pittsfield, Williamstown, Stockbridge, Longmeadow, West Springfield, and Wilbraham) will close at 3 pm today, Tuesday, December 2.
