Important: Pre-Launch Checklist

Customers should take the following actions (if applicable) prior to the Outage to prepare for launch.

  1. Schedule Bill Pay transactions by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 4.
    Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning 5:00 pm on Wednesday October 4. Any bill payments set up before October 4 will continue to process as scheduled during the outage. Any one-time or new bill payments will need to be scheduled on or after October 10.
  2. Conduct Online Banking Transactions by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 6.
    You will be unable to use Online or Mobile Banking during the outage to make transfers, payments, mobile deposits, ACH, wires, and tax payments. We recommend you plan for these transactions ahead of time.
  3. Update Contact Information by Friday, October 6.
    Review your email address and phone number in Online Banking to ensure your information is up to date. This ensures you will be able to receive our communications. If you need to make an update, you can do so within Online Banking, at any branch location, or by calling Customer Care at 855-444-6861.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Digital Banking may be unavailable on Sunday, July 28, between 12:00am–4:00am for routine system maintenance. Please submit any transactions before or after this timeframe. Thank you!
