Quicken & QuickBooks User Support

MountainOne Bank has upgraded to a BRAND-NEW Digital Banking Experience! Your Intuit Quicken or Intuit QuickBooks are now available via the new Digital Banking platform. To ensure continued access to your account history, please follow Intuit’s Conversion Instructions below.

On or after October 11, 2023 (Quicken & QuickBooks go-live date)

  1. Please complete a Deactivate/Reactivate of your Digital Banking Connection to connect your Quicken or QuickBooks accounts to MountainOne’s new Digital Banking platform.
  2. Follow your software-specific Conversion Instructions below:
    • Quicken – click HERE
    • QuickBooks Desktop – click HERE
    • QuickBooks Online – click HERE

Between October 11 – 15, 2023 (aggregation services outage window)

  1. Intuit Aggregation Services will be interrupted for up to 5 business days after the go-live date. You are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
  2. The following services may not work during the outage:
    • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
    • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect

Note: We had previously advised customers to complete a Data File Backup and Final Transaction Download before October 6, 2023 at 5:00 pm, when Quicken and QuickBooks were taken offline. We advised this in the case that transaction history is not available in Quicken or QuickBooks in the new system. Please carefully review your downloaded transactions to confirm no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Digital Banking may be unavailable on Sunday, April 21, between 12:00am–4:00am for routine system maintenance. Please submit any transactions before or after this timeframe. Thank you!
