Digital Banking Service Outage

Offline 5:00pm on Friday, October 6 – 8:00am on Tuesday, October 10

Our team will be working diligently over Columbus Day Weekend to prepare for launch. To ensure a smooth transition, we will need to take our current system offline as we replace our old digital systems with our new, omni-channel “Digital Banking Experience.”

During this outage, the following digital services will be unavailable:

Online & Mobile Banking
Internal & External Transfers, Mobile Deposits, ACH, Wires, and tax payments
Bill Pay Service (beginning 5:00pm on Wednesday October 4)
Debit Card On/Off
Quicken and QuickBooks

HOLIDAY NOTICE: In observance of Thanksgiving, all MountainOne offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23. On Friday, November 24, MountainOne Insurance will be closed, MountainOne Investments will close at 1 pm, and MountainOne Bank will be open normal business hours. As always, our Digital Banking services are available 24 hours a day.
