We’re committed to providing you with the tools and features to manage your finances easily and securely. Card Controls lets you take full control of your MountainOne Debit Card, offering enhanced security and flexibility right from your Digital Banking account.
Whether you’ve misplaced your Debit Card or simply want to protect it when it’s not in use, you can toggle your card on or off in real-time with just a few clicks.
If your card is lost or stolen, quickly report it through the Card Controls feature to help prevent unauthorized use and start the process of getting a replacement card.
Define spending limits, restrict transaction types (such as online transactions or recurring purchases), and manage where your card can be used based on merchant categories.
Stay informed with instant notifications for spending activity, location-based transactions, transaction types, and merchant categories. Choose to receive these alerts via text or email for added security.
Take control of your debit card directly within MountainOne Digital Banking. Easily manage alerts, travel plans, card settings, and more from your computer or mobile device.
On desktop, select “Card Controls” from the top navigation menu after logging in. On mobile, open the menu and choose “Card Controls” to access available features.
Please allow a few moments for Card Controls to fully load after opening. To enable alerts, select the “Alerts” option within the communications settings.
