Surpasses Five Star threshold joining an elite group of only 15 agencies statewide
MountainOne Insurance Agency, Inc. is thrilled to announce that it has earned the Five Star Agency Designation from the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA), recognizing the agency’s superior service, knowledge, and value.
The Five Star Agency Designation recognizes independent insurance agencies that demonstrate excellence across five key areas: Customer Focus, Management/Leadership Excellence, Human Resources, Product & Process, and Future Success Initiatives. The designation is earned through a rigorous, multi-day on-site review conducted by MAIA consultants, including interviews with staff members and a detailed assessment of the agency’s operations, strengths, and opportunities for continued improvement.
MountainOne Insurance earned an outstanding score, surpassing the Five Star threshold of 700. With this achievement, MountainOne Insurance becomes the 15th Five Star Agency in Massachusetts, joining a select group of agencies that have demonstrated excellence through MAIA’s comprehensive review process.
