MountainOne Invests Over $273,000 in Community Donations and Sponsorships During Second Quarter of 2026

MountainOne is proud to announce that in the second quarter of 2026, it invested more than $273, 000 in donations and sponsorships to nonprofit organizations across the Berkshires and South Shore. These contributions support a wide range of initiatives focused on youth development, economic opportunity, health and wellness, and community connection.

These investments help expand access to critical services, strengthen local economies, and create opportunities for individuals and families throughout the regions MountainOne serves.

Organizations recently supported by MountainOne include:

North Adams SteepleCats – $25,000 as Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 season, helping bring affordable family entertainment and community events to Northern Berkshire County.

South Shore Hospital – $10,000 as a President’s Level donor to the Capital Campaign, helping meet the health system’s most urgent patient care needs.

Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires – $7,150 to expand youth development opportunities through summer camp scholarships, athletics, and programs that provide a safe, supportive environment for local children.

Hancock Shaker Village – $5,000 to underwrite the popular Goat Yoga series, encouraging wellness, outdoor recreation, and community connection throughout the summer.

Scituate Chamber of Commerce – $3,000 as a Gold Sponsor of Heritage Days, supporting one of the South Shore’s signature community celebrations.

Berkshire County Arc – $3,000 to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by funding programs, adaptive equipment, and recreational opportunities.

North Adams Historical Society – $3,000 to help create a downtown “Museum in the Streets,” bringing North Adams’ history to life through historical signage and a self-guided walking tour.

Berkshire Film and Media Collaborative – $3,000 to give students hands-on experience in documentary filmmaking while developing creative, communication, and workforce skills.

Rodman for Kids – $2,500 to make live theater more accessible by providing children of all backgrounds and abilities with meaningful performing arts experiences.

Hoosic River Watershed Association – $2,500 to advance water quality monitoring and environmental education that helps protect the Hoosic River for future generations.

The Arc of the South Shore – $2,500 to expand inclusive programs, self-advocacy, and community-based opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism.

Williamstown Chamber of Commerce – $2,000 to help bring the community together through expanded Independence Day festivities and the annual Holiday Walk.

Other sponsorships of varying amounts were made to support: Berkshire County Historical Society, Berkshire Jazz, Christopher House, Makayla Fund, Northern Berkshire Community Coalition, Pittsfield Parade Committee, Plymouth Public Library, South Shore Young Professionals, The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, Williamstown Community Chest, and Weymouth Council for the Hungry.

In addition to these community sponsorships, MountainOne also made several significant philanthropic investments during the year, including a $137,500 contribution to MCLA in Q2.
