Several ways to improve one’s wellbeing, as shared by livelovespa and nationaltoday, include:
- keeping a gratitude journal,
- getting outside,
- moving your body,
- practicing mindfulness,
- connecting with others,
- trying a new healthy recipe,
- eating more fruits & veggies,
- increasing water intake, and
- monitoring sleep.
