Checks drawn on your HELOC are no longer accepted. Please securely shred and discard any remaining HELOC checks in your possession.
You can continue to access your available HELOC funds through Digital Banking or by visiting any MountainOne Bank branch.
To transfer HELOC funds through Digital Banking, you’ll need a MountainOne personal checking account. You can open an account online or visit a branch.

Fraud involving counterfeit checks and forged signatures continues to impact financial institutions and their customers across the country. Discontinuing HELOC checks is part of our ongoing efforts to help reduce the risk of this type of fraud and better protect your account.

Yes. This change only affects HELOC checks. You can continue to access your available HELOC funds by transferring funds through Digital Banking to your MountainOne personal checking account or by visiting any MountainOne Bank branch.
You need a MountainOne personal checking account to transfer funds from your HELOC through Digital Banking. If you don’t have one, you can open an account online or visit a branch.
You can also access your available HELOC funds by visiting any MountainOne Bank branch.
Once logged in to Digital Banking on your computer, tablet, or mobile device, navigate to Funds Transfer. Select your HELOC as the From account and your MountainOne personal checking account as the To account. You can then enter the amount you’d like to transfer from your available HELOC funds.
You can enroll in Digital Banking to access your HELOC online or through the MountainOne Mobile Banking app.
Please securely shred and discard any remaining HELOC checks in your possession. They can no longer be used to access funds from your HELOC.
