You will need a compatible or bank-provided check scanner, a computer with the latest Windows or macOS system, and a secure network connection. Please contact us for scanner compatibility details.

 

All personal and business U.S. checks can be processed through Remote Deposit Capture.

Yes. There are daily limits on both the number of deposits and total dollar amount. These are determined based on your application and agreement with MountainOne Bank.

Deposits made through RDC will be labeled “Remote Deposit Capture” in your account history.

To enroll, you will need to complete a Remote Deposit Capture form and agreement. Approval is required before you can begin using the service.

1Deposits to your account are usually processed by the Bank during normal business hours. Deposits made after 5:00 pm EST will be considered deposited on the following business day and will usually be available within two business days.

2Each location making deposits will require its own scanner and a computer with software installed.

*A monthly Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) scanner fee applies.
