Tracy rejoined MountainOne Bank in 2026 and brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to her role as Vice President, Berkshire County Commercial Team Leader. Having previously spent more than 22 years with MountainOne, Tracy is passionate about building strong relationships with local businesses, providing personalized lending and deposit solutions, and helping customers achieve their financial goals. She also leads MountainOne’s Berkshire County commercial lending team while supporting the Bank’s continued growth and community partnerships. A lifelong Berkshire County resident, Tracy is actively involved with several local nonprofit organizations, including UCP of Western Massachusetts and the AYJ Fund, and is a past President of the North Adams Rotary Club and former Board Chair of the Berkshire Family YMCA. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business and Leadership from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and earned a Graduate Banking Diploma from the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking.
