Her deep knowledge of insurance companies, coverages, and operational strategy has helped shape the agency’s commercial infrastructure. She played a vital role in launching the small business unit and has led process improvements across the board, including critical workflow enhancements. Donna is a key player in carrier negotiations, regulatory compliance, and long-term strategic planning.
Stacy Roman, Vice President, Personal Lines Operations Manager

Stacy has helped shape the direction of personal lines operations with her strong leadership and operational expertise. She has led the agency through acquisitions, data conversions, and the creation of more efficient workflows. Her problem-solving instincts and ability to improve both client and employee experiences make her an invaluable part of the leadership team.
MountainOne Insurance Agency Non-Officer Promotions:
Shannon Dozier, Personal Lines Manager – Berkshires
Shannon has quickly established herself as a leader within MountainOne, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to her role. She has risen through the ranks from Front Desk Coordinator to Account Manager and now to Personal Lines Manager – Berkshires.
In addition, MountainOne Insurance Agency has introduced a new leadership-level role: Senior Personal Lines Account Manager. This role recognizes team members who bring exceptional experience, knowledge, and client service to the agency. The following individuals have been promoted to this newly established position:
Margherita Hoffman, Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
Margherita manages the largest personal lines book of business at MountainOne Insurance Agency. She is known for outstanding client retention, strong relationships with carriers, and a commitment to high-quality service. In 2023, she received the Travelers Insurance S.T.A.R. award in recognition of her performance.
Jennifer Smith, Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
Jenifer brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to every interaction. She has a reputation for explaining complex insurance details clearly and confidently, making her a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. Jennifer is also deeply committed to her community, actively supporting NAMI and mental health advocacy efforts.
Lianne Kudlate, Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
Lianne is a respected expert in personal lines insurance, with deep knowledge of policies, endorsements, and coverage strategy. She keeps up with industry trends and ensures her clients receive the most relevant and effective protection. Her experience and steady guidance have made her a go-to resource for both her peers and her clients.
