Personal Lines Account Manager
Anabela Ferreira joined MountainOne Insurance in January 2024 as the Branch Manager for the Longmeadow Office. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, she began her career in 1993 with G.W. Morisi Insurance Agency, where she worked for three decades, following five years at another agency. Anabela manages and serves Personal Lines Insurance, oversees Registry transactions through the EVR program, and helps customers with billing, claims, new quotes, renewal remarketing, processing changes, and more. She holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Anabela earned her Associate’s Degree from Holyoke Community College in 1989 and her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State College in 1992. Her extensive experience and dedication to her clients make her a valuable asset to the MountainOne Insurance team.
