Claims Representative & Branch Support Supervisor
Alyson has held various positions in the insurance industry since her career began in 2008. She joined MountainOne Insurance in 2014 as a Personal Lines Account Manager and has most recently transitioned to Claims Representative. Alyson is responsible for the intake and reporting of both Personal and Commercial claims. She further provides excellent customer service and assistance throughout the claim process. Alyson holds a Massachusetts Property & Casualty license and is a Certified Insurance Services Representative.
